Frequently asked questions

Why can't I just sign up and pay?

Email deliverability depends on the reputation of the whole platform. During early access we manually review every sender so that mail from MailFlo domains keeps landing in inboxes. Once our automated abuse-prevention is mature enough, we'll open self-serve signup — invite-only is a temporary measure, not the business model.

What happens after I apply?

A human reviews your application, usually within a few business days. If approved you receive an invite link by email to create your account and start on the tier you applied for. If we can't approve you yet, we'll tell you why when we can.

What use cases get approved?

Transactional and product email with a clear origin: signup confirmations, receipts, password resets, notifications, alerts. Unsolicited bulk mail, purchased lists, and cold outreach are not approved.

Can I change tiers later?

Yes — once you're on the platform you can move between tiers as your volume grows, without a new application.

Do you support inbound email?

Yes, on Starter and above. Point your MX record at MailFlo and we parse incoming messages and forward them to your webhook.
